Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. Commercial terms for any actual order are set out separately in a purchase order, proforma invoice or contract signed between the parties.
1. Site purpose
This site presents sourcing information, product categories, and service descriptions for men's leather footwear programs organized from the Yongjia cluster, Wenzhou, China. Content is informational and does not itself constitute a binding offer; quotations become binding only when confirmed in writing (proforma invoice or signed order confirmation).
2. Example figures
MOQ, lead-time, and FOB price ranges shown across this site are planning references, not final quotations. Final MOQ, lead time and pricing are confirmed per style, material, construction and order volume during the RFQ process. See Shipping & Terms and FAQ for the current reference ranges.
3. Intellectual property
Page layouts, written content and illustrative imagery on this site belong to their respective owners. Product tech packs, private-label designs and custom artwork you submit for a program remain your property; we do not reuse a client's exclusive designs for other buyers without permission.
4. No warranty on informational content
Guides, comparisons and industry figures published in the Resources section and blog are provided for general sourcing education. Cited regulatory figures (e.g., REACH limits, LWG certification scope) reflect publicly available sources at the time of writing and should be independently verified before compliance decisions.
5. Order terms
Actual orders are governed by the payment, sampling and delivery terms agreed in writing for that order — see Shipping & Terms for the standard structure we work from.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website's informational content. Liability for an actual order is governed by the terms of that order's contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless otherwise agreed in a specific order contract. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the business is finalized. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
