Your Brand, Applied Where It Shows

Branding on a pair of shoes lives in a handful of small decisions: the mark in the heel counter, the print inside the insole, the box on the shelf. Each is specified and quoted as part of your program — with minimums set so a pilot order can carry full branding from the start.

Logo application

Five ways the mark goes on

The method follows the position. A debossed heel counter reads differently from a foil-stamped insole or a metal badge on a monk strap, and each method carries its own tooling logic. Shared tooling lets a pilot order carry your mark; dedicated tooling is cut for programs that commit to volume. Unit costs depend on method, position and order size, so they are quoted on specification rather than published as a list.

Method Where it appears Typical minimums
Deboss / blind emboss Heel counter, insole From pilot orders (50–100 pairs) on shared tooling
Foil stamp Insole, heel From pilot orders (50–100 pairs) on shared tooling
Metal badge Heel or strap Dedicated tooling from 300 pairs
Woven label Heel loop, tongue From pilot orders (50–100 pairs) on shared tooling
Screen print Lining, sock From pilot orders (50–100 pairs) on shared tooling

Indicative figures for planning purposes — binding quotation upon specification. Shared and dedicated tooling are assigned per program; dedicated tooling carries its own setup, quoted with the program.

Packaging

The brand moment before the try-on

Retail packaging is quoted as part of the program, not bolted on afterward. The box carries your design and print; tissue paper, hangtags and printed master cartons complete the set. Box printing is indicative from 500–1,000 boxes — an example value, quoted exactly on your design and carton count.

Element What we provide Indicative minimum
Shoe box Custom design and print — brand color, logo, size marking Box printing indicative from 500–1,000 boxes
Tissue paper Printed tissue inside the box Quoted with the box program
Hangtags Custom die-cut and printed tags Quoted with the box program
Master cartons Printed with brand and shipping marks Quoted with the box program

Indicative figures for planning purposes — binding quotation upon specification.

Last & pattern

Fit is a brand decision too

Branding that shows is only half the program; how the shoe fits is what the customer remembers. Two paths exist. Adjusting an existing cluster last — width, heel height, toe shape within the existing platform — is the lower-cost, faster route, and sampling runs on existing lasts in 7–14 days. A new last development is the second path: it adds 15–20 days to sampling (an indicative example value) and is quoted when the brief cannot be met by adjustment.

Either way the program starts from documents, not guesses: a tech pack if you have one, or a reference pair we measure and reverse into a specification. Both routes are covered in more depth under OEM & ODM.

The last library

Toes and widths we keep on the shelf

The last decides fit before a single stitch is sewn. These are the platforms standing in the cluster tooling room — adjust one of these and sampling starts in days, not weeks.

PlatformToe shapes on fileSizesBest for
D — standard widthRound, almond, square, chiselEU 39–46The core dress and business-casual range; most programs start here
E/EE — wide fitRound, almondEU 39–46Markets with a broad-fit customer base (reference: DB-2614)
ComfortRound, almondEU 39–46Higher instep, softer insole system — comfort and business-casual programs

Platform list is the standing library and is indicative of cluster tooling availability; a new last development adds lead time and is quoted against the brief. Size conversion reference lives in the FAQ.

How a branding program runs

From assets to a boxed, branded shipment

  1. Send brand assets

Logo files, brand colors and any packaging references. Vector artwork is enough to start; nothing is cut until the method is chosen.

  2. Method selection on the counter sample

Each mark — deboss, foil, badge, label or print — is placed on the counter sample and confirmed in position and finish before any bulk commitment.

  3. Pre-production approval

The PP sample carries every logo, label and tag exactly as production will run. Nothing enters the line without your approval on this pair.

  4. Mass production with QC

Branding is checked as part of the standard inspection at the partner factory — position, color and application — alongside the material and construction checks.

  5. Consolidated shipment

Goods are boxed, tagged and packed to spec, then shipped under the terms agreed on the purchase order.
